At that conversations movement, we’re on a mission to bring more empathy and love into the world - one intentional conversation at a time.

Our conversation events are a facilitated experience you attend with a friend, family member or partner.

You can either join together by being in the same space or separately if you’re in different locations. Either way, our event host will set the scene and then guide you through three different activities. You’ll see on the screen multiple other pairs of people who are also participating. If you’re in separate locations, you’ll be sent to a breakout room for the activities.

Typically there are three activities. For example, one of them involves you writing down three words you’d use to describe the person you’re with, and then spending ten minutes swapping those words and sharing your appreciation for one another. The others involve responding to conversation prompts and taking a trip down memory lane together.

You don’t chat to random people. The full experience is with someone you know, and by the end of the event you’ll feel a little closer to whoever you’ve attended with.
