The 111 Expansion is a high vibrational, heart-felt event, that has been thoughtfully curated by Cassie and Amy to empower, and guide you into your highest self. 

Cassie and Amy invite you to use this as an opportunity to remove any stagnant or blocked energy that you may be carrying from the previous month. 

Give yourself permission to surrender into this experience, so that you can move forward into the new month with clean energy and complete clarity. 

You will be guided through a sacred cacao ceremony to ensure you embody your intention for the month ahead. 

Both Amy and Cassie will be holding space and clearing energy through your breathwork journey, which will be softly transitioned into a high vibrational healing sound bath.
