TICKETS AND DIETARIES:

Tickets for 2025 AXIS Awards Evening will be digital. Please show your digital or printed ticket upon entrance to the show.

Tables will be allocated on Thursday 20 March so please refrain printing your digital tickets until then. Once you have been allocated a table number they will automatically appear on your digital ticket found within your order confirmation email.

All dietaries must be provided no later than the 14th of March. To update your guests requirements click 'Manage Order' within your ticket confirmation email.

TIMINGS:

Doors open: 5.30pm
Bars open: 6.00pm
Show Starts: 6.30pm
Event Ends: 11.30pm

Doors will be open from 5.30pm to those who wish to view the finalist art board gallery. The bar will not open until 6pm.
Bar service will be paused for the duration of the show and our friendly waitstaff will provide table service. Please ensure you have arrived by 6.15pm to be seated.

The show will commence promptly at 6.30pm with a mihi whakatau from Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, during which no access will be permitted into the auditorium.

The 2025 AXIS Afterparty will run until 11.30pm. We ask that all guests attending the 2025 AXIS Awards Show ceremony act with decorum and respect for those presenting and receiving awards. We have extended the evening to accomodate an afterparty to allow everyone to fully catch up and celebrate once the formalities have concluded.
