Event description

We invite you to attend the 2025 Vice-Chancellor's Awards Ceremony on Thursday, 21st August, where we will recognise and celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of University of Wollongong staff members.

Award categories are:

  • The Outstanding Contribution to Teaching and Learning Awards

  • The Research Excellence Awards

  • The Outstanding Service for Professional Staff Awards

  • The Community Engagement Award

  • The Global Strategy Award

  • The Indigenous Advancement Award

  • The Kristy Adams Award for Excellence in Health and Safety Award

  • The Marie Lewis Award

  • The Rosemary Cooper Award

  • The UOW 25, 40 & 50 Year Service Awards

Pre-ceremony drinks and recipient registrations will begin at 5pm.

The official ceremony commences at 5:30pm sharp and runs for approximately one hour.

Following the ceremony, complimentary drinks and canapés will be served.

Guest parking is available in P1. Collect your ticket at the parking station and exchange it for a paid parking pass at the event.
