The 2026 LRTAWA & ALRTA Conference

The Livestock & Rural Transport Association in partnership with the Australian Livestock & Rural Transport Association is proud to welcome delegates, sponsors and guests to the 2026 LRTAWA | ALRTA Annual Conference, bringing together members of the livestock and rural transport industry from across Western Australia and beyond!

Held at the scenic Joondalup Resort, the conference weekend will feature:

🏁 Early Bird Prize Draw!!! - Prize draw has now been closed. Winners have been notified.

Thanks to our National Partner, bp Australia, delegates who register by 12:00pm (AWST) Friday, 24 July will automatically go into the draw to win one of five passes to the V8 Supercars weekend on 1–2 August.

Each prize includes entry to both the Saturday and Sunday race events.

• Dietary requirements can be submitted during the registration process.

• Ticket transfers may be permitted prior to the event by contacting the organisers.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at Joondalup Resort for conference attendees. These rooms will be released to the general public one month prior to the event, so attendees are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.

Information on how to access the LRTAWA conference accommodation rate will be included in your ticket confirmation email following registration.

Please note that accommodation is not included in conference registration fees and must be booked and paid for directly by attendees.
