Deepening Your Connection to Self & Spirit

Continue your journey through The 7 Colours of You as we move beyond our foundations, emotions and personal power and explore the four remaining colours: Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet.

Part 2 takes us into the heart, our ability to communicate and express ourselves, our intuition and inner vision, and our connection to something greater.

Through discussion, reflection and practical activities, we’ll explore how these different areas of our energy can influence the way we connect with ourselves, relate to others and experience the world around us.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. This workshop is about becoming curious, noticing what resonates with you and exploring what these ideas might mean in your own life.

What we’ll explore

Green – The Heart of You
Opening to love, compassion and connection.

We’ll explore the heart as the bridge between our physical and spiritual selves, and consider love not only in terms of relationships with others, but also the relationship we have with ourselves.

We’ll look at compassion, forgiveness, gratitude and the importance of allowing ourselves to receive as well as give. We’ll also explore some of the ways old hurts, grief and resentment can weigh heavily on the heart, and what it might mean to begin releasing them.

Blue – The Voice of You
Finding your voice and expressing your truth.

Blue brings our attention to communication and authentic self-expression.

We’ll explore the importance of speaking honestly while also learning to listen, and consider the ways we sometimes silence ourselves, hold things back or struggle to communicate what we really need.

This part of the workshop encourages you to think about your own voice, how you use it and what it means to communicate from a place of greater awareness.

Indigo – The Vision of You
Exploring intuition, imagination and inner knowing.

Indigo takes us beyond what we can see with our physical eyes and into intuition, perception and our inner world.

We’ll explore the Third Eye, imagination and the different ways intuitive information can present itself. This is an opportunity to become more aware of your own inner guidance and begin recognising the ways you may already be using your intuition without even realising it.

Violet – The Spirit of You
Exploring connection, consciousness and something greater.

Our final colour brings the journey together as we explore spirituality, consciousness and our connection beyond the individual self.

Rather than telling you what to believe, this is an opportunity to reflect on your own understanding of spirituality, connection and what feels meaningful to you.

We’ll explore the idea of moving beyond fear and limitation towards greater awareness, trust and connection.

More than just listening

Like Part 1, this is an interactive workshop with opportunities to reflect, share and participate in practical activities throughout the evening.

We’ll explore themes including gratitude, forgiveness, communication, intuition and spiritual connection, giving you the opportunity to relate the concepts back to your own experiences.

There is always freedom to participate at your own level. You’re welcome to share when you feel comfortable and to simply listen when you don’t.
