Welcome to The 7 day Purification Process, this is a week long journey where we’ll dive deep into the Mind Body Connection. There are 3 main pillars of the process which we’ll be focusing on; detoxifying the physical body, cultivating mindfulness and becoming deeply established as our essence of awareness through Meditation.

Detoxifying the Body

The first aspect we’ll be focusing on is creating an optimal environment for the body to heal and cleanse. We’ll do this by ingesting only high vibrational foods being mostly living raw foods. You can expect a high fruit diet with some specific guidelines to following, with the option of a simple grounding cooked meal in the evening. We’ll provide a diet program that is specifically created for being the most optimal for both your body to cleanse and for your mind to quieten.

Cultivating Mindfulness

The diet will naturally begin to settle the body and as a result the mind follows suit and slips into silence. Throughout the day before we meet for evening Meditation, there will be some practices for you to apply. These are incredibly beneficial for becoming aware of negative thoughts, strong emotions, etc.. As we become aware of the content of unconscious behaviour, it naturally begins to subside and we can make more wholesome and conscious choices. This is Mindfulness!

Meditation + Sharing

Each morning we’ll be meditating together so that we start our day off on the right footing. Simply being ourselves without distraction sets our intention for the day so we can remain established in our essence. The power of Group Meditations are essential in this process due to the high energy created by the joint intention of the community. Each evening Meditation will be followed by an open sharing. This is a great opportunity to share our experiences; the highs, lows and any questions. The sharing is often where we find our deepest discoveries, be it listening to another’s share or sharing our own.

The 7 Day Purification Process is an incredible opportunity to experience a deep cleanse of the body, mind and spirit where you’ll learn to Tap Into Your Mind-body Connection.
