This year’s theme for The Abbey 2026 is "Breathe - Let Go. Let God.” The world feels loud,

fast, and overwhelming. News cycles never stop, expectations keep piling up, and the future can

feel heavy before it even arrives. In the middle of all that noise, God invites us to do something

simple—but not easy: “Breathe”. This year’s The Abbey is a space to pause, to unclench our

fists, and to remember that we were never meant to carry everything on our own. “Let Go, Let

God” is about doing our small, faithful part—showing up, choosing love, taking the next

step—and trusting God with the rest. When the world feels too big, we return to the truth that

God is bigger, closer, and already at work
