Over four powerful sessions, you’ll explore the ancient archetypes that live within us all:

Cultures around the world have honoured these roles for centuries - and when they’re balanced within us, life flows with meaning and intention.

Expect a grounded blend of Hatha Yoga and flowing Qi Gong, paired with guided meditations and soulful reflection exercises. These sessions are designed to not just move your body - but to stir your spirit.

**The yoga space is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful, older building - no lift access.

Asana is movement. Yoga is life.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event this series is to be cancelled, your payment will be reimbursed (with the exception of booking fees charged by Humanitix and any fees charged by credit card).

Cancellations made with notice of 7 full days or more will receive a full refund, with the exception of booking fees charged by Humanitix. Booking and credit card fees charged by Humanitix cannot be refunded.

Cancellations made with notice of less than 7 days are not eligible for refund, however, participants are welcome to transfer their registration to another person.
