We are so excited to be preparing for our next event …. Sat 28 Oct 11-2pm … at Boheme + Body Yoga Studio at Varsity Lake.

While this is a group workshop for men and women …. it is all about you being there for yourself.

Our intention is to guide you to connect more deeply to yourself … as the stress and pace of daily life can have us so busy we can often feel disconnected from ourself, and sometimes we use that busyness to distract and avoid deeper issues.

So choose to devote these 3hrs to yourself as a way to us in a safe space that we will co-create together … and go through various activities designed to allow you to feel, express, share and release whatever is needed at that time.

It won’t be all rainbows and unicorns … you will need to put in some effort … to shed a layer or two and leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more in touch with yourself.

We will invoke the four elements of air, fire, water and earth … to help you to remember who you are is powerful, worthy and divine.

You will need a little courage and the willingness to be vulnerable and honest with yourself … but don’t worry we’ve been in your shoes and we’ve got your back … to ensure you are seen, heard, held, encouraged and supported.
