The AMC Board of Inquiry - how did it happen and why is it important?
Description
After a decade of advocacy and three deaths in custody in a period of six months in 2025, Independent MLA Thomas Emerson's historic motion for a Board of Inquiry into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody was passed by the Assembly with unanimous support.
