Life can feel heavy. Men go silent when they feel unheard. They start to drift & disappear.

THE ANCHOR is a 3-week workshop to build the strength to hold steady without breaking.

Not a motivational talk. Not therapy. A small room of 12 men, the same group each week, with practical tools to stay connected when it would be easier to check out.

Fridays Nov 13, 20, 27 | 6:30pm - 8:00pm | Goolugatup Heathcote, Applecross

1 x ticket commits you for all 3 session dates - please make sure you can attend all three

International Men's Day - Nov 19 - lands in the middle of our work together.

"Gentle on the Man, Firm on the Standard"

WEEK 1 - Nov 13: THE INVISIBLE FATHER
The Anchor Audit. Where you went, what it's costing at home, and the ground rules for how we hold this space.

WEEK 2 - Nov 20: THE CHAIN (IMD Week)
Trigger -> Thought -> Feeling -> Behaviour. While the world talks about men's mental health, we learn to catch the chain before we pass it on.

WEEK 3 - Nov 27: THE REPAIR & THE STANDARD
The Repair Formula. Your 3 Standards as a father. Commitment Cards and declaration to close.

Includes printed Anchor Pack + wallet cards.

Includes a 15-min Anchor Check phone call the week before we start (Nov 6-12). Just you and me, to make sure this is the right room for you.

FOR THE DAD WHO:
Feels short-tempered, overwhelmed, distant, or like he's just providing not connecting. Wants to be steady, not perfect.

12 spots only. Same 12 men for 3 weeks.

Early Bird $297 (first 6 or until Nov 2)
Standard $397
Bring a Mate Package $394 (Early Bird) $494 (Standard)
