DEEPWATER ART SHOW IS BACK! The 2023 Highlands Real Estate Glen Innes Deepwater Art Show is premiering Friday 31st March > Tuesday 4th April 2023, with a jam-packed program celebrating art, music, food and rural life in the creative community of Deepwater NSW.

Opening Night from 6pm. On arrival enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly or beer. Special Guests Annabelle Hickson from Galah magazine will open the art show followed by Laura King soprano who will welcome you with a selection of classical songs. View the incredible art exhibition by local and feature artists while you sip a cold glass of bubbly or our local craft beer from the Deepwater Brewery. Art prizes will be awarded by guest judges Alison Bellinger from AK Bellinger Gallery and Tanya Robertson-Cuninghame and by our amazing sponsors. Enjoy the delicious array of tasty treats created by our culinary dynamo, Jude Cox. Potato waffles with smoked salmon, pork and beef terrine with rhubarb chutney and beef fillet with tarragon bearnaise just to name a few! Or if you like something a little sweet, try Jude's mini coconut meringues or tartlets with lemon curd or caramel. Dance to the world beats provided by Assyrian band Azadoota who are fresh from their recent performance at the national multicultural festival in Canberra. Azadoota- refreshing the standard definition of native Assyrian music via a medium of unorthodox creativity AND the only band in the world playing this music on a mainstream stage WOW! Elements of hybrid Iraqi and Arabic rhythms, alongside reggae, latin and flamenco sounds do not miss this one!
