Welcome to our launch event for The Flow Conscious Community!

We will be getting together in Naarm once a month on a Saturday night to enjoy live music, wisdom talks, guided meditations, group discussions, supper and mingling.

Our November topic will be "The Art & Science of Transcendence". One of the most remarkable features about being human is our capacity to experience reality beyond ourselves. From the flow states of elite athletes, to the tastes of interconnectedness we experience in the natural environment, to the sustained states of nonduality available to meditators -- transcendence is a human possibility.

We will enjoy a talk on this subject between Geshe Sonam - a Tibetan Bon meditation teacher and translator of Tibetan texts on Dzogchen (an advanced nondual meditation practice) - and Nigel Denning - a meditation teacher, psychologist and director of Integrative Psychology and Medicine. This conversation will be moderated by Vadim Ragozin, a co-director at Turning Ground, the innovative psychotherapy and community organisation based in Naarm.

Once we cover costs, all remaining funds will go to the Bon Mustang Australia Charity.

We hope to see you there!

Note - please arrive promptly, as the event will begin at 7pm sharp and doors will close at 7.20pm.
