The foundational aspect of this practice is utilising rhythmic breathing, states of heart coherence and breath retentions all put together to give you a complete experience to treat and care for your health and wellbeing.

A guided practice to facilitate overall improvement to your body's ability to use oxygen efficiently, this is with the experience of intermittent hypoxia.

A non invasive training method that supports cardiac health and aimed at improving human performance whilst still able to access the deepest transformational wellness. We experience solid practices of mind-body coordination with synchronised breath on increased energy, release tension, cleanse organs and clear brain fog.

What To Expect

Explore a coordination of synchronised breathing to movements with a series of methods of ambidexterity, for the nervous system + trapped tension, cleansing practices, as well as energising + longevity.

60-minute guided breathwork experience that is a rhymicial breathing pattern - where you will breath to beats. Optional to go at your own pace or stay with the guidance; doing whats best for your body; as we include enchanced breath control, that brings results to have everyday awareness to promote proper breathing patterns.
