Description

The Art of Being Facilitative is practical two-day workshop to build skills and confidence in facilitation.  The workshop will be useful to people new to facilitating groups and others who are more experienced and would like to refresh their skills and learn some new approaches.

Over the two days we will explore:

  • Facilitative frameworks.
  • Adult to Adult approaches to being facilitative
  • Several practical facilitative tools and orientations
  • Managing difficult dynamics in conversations, processes and groups

Brief preparation work including completing a learning styles inventory and watching videos will be required.
