A day of reflection on the change and creativity in your life

This workshop is an avenue for self-care, where you can gather with others to reflect on the changes in your life and how you are meeting them creatively.

WHY

It is said that the one constant in life is change. And we have been living in times of rapid collective changes in recent years. We’ve all had to navigate disruptions, challenges and stressors. It’s been tough, but we’ve got this far! Gathering together with empathy, sharing something of our personal experiences through these changing times, can help us move forward constructively and creatively. Come along to catch your breath, quieten your busy mind, and connect with your brave heart.

WHAT

In this workshop there will be reflection, discussions and artistry to express something of the journey of change, an opportunity to gather with others to reflect on responding creatively to change. Recognise and celebrate your adaptability - what was, what is, and your intentions from here.

This workshop is an opportunity for self care, with information and focus on the topic of change to support your wellbeing. Reconnect with your inner creative spark. Instructions and materials will be provided for creating a personalised image of change in watercolour, or pen and wash, suitable for the complete novice and more experienced artists alike.
