It's also ideal for people who are required to coordinate others as part of their role or want to be more self-aware about how they come across to others.

NOT to pigeon hole you, but to understand how it might be sabotaging the way you communicate, make decisions, manage friends, interact with customers, handle conflict and delegate. Once we identify without judgement, what's not helping you, you'll get practical strategies to implement what will - without compromising who you really are or what feels comfortable.

You'll get the push back formula

You'll get the four-step formula for managing ANY push back without starting a fight, and you'll learn how to use it. Our very own F.A.I.R. Approach will help you create emotionally intelligent allies instead of objectionable opponents. It will also help you make sure you're not the one making others push back.

You'll learn why your people aren't adopting company values, and how to change that.

Values such as agility, integrity, courage, accountability and openness are great values to adopt, but why do so many people struggle to embrace them? You're going to learn why, and how to change that. You'll also learn how to better align with them yourself.

You'll get an opportunity to brainstorm issues and get practical solutions.

This means you'll walk away from the day with an understanding of how to drive real change, real fast, instead of collecting meaningless, impractical theory that simply sounds good, but ultimately just gathers dust.

You'll get free follow-up support

You'll get a confidential, follow-up coaching session with your trainer if you'd like some help to apply the tools and strategies to your own situation. This can happen in person (in Bunbury) via Teams or Zoom, or even over the phone. This session is optional and complementary.

This training is limited to 12 participants and includes:

- Easy to understand leadership education and practical tools you can use straight away.

- Refreshments and lunch (in accordance with your dietary requirements).

- A workbook resource that you can keep and refer back to.

Refunds are available up to 10 days prior to the event. A refund will be provided with less than 10 days' notice ONLY if we can resell your place.
