Leadership is HARD! But it doesn't need to be once you realise it's not you that's the issue, it's all the invisible leadership blind spots that are compromising your communication and your confidence. Stop trying to fix yourself, and fix the blind spots instead. This training will show you what they are (without judgement or blame) and provide the shovel (aka tools) to fill them.

This training will teach you how to become a confident, respected leader, an empowering role model, and driver of success, for yourself, your team, your organisation and your bottom line.

TEN THINGS YOU'LL GET FROM THIS TRAINING:

1. You'll learn what your leadership style is - NOT to pigeon hole you, but to uncover the natural biases that are creating leadership blind spots that are compromising your leadership - things you are unaware of that are negatively impacting your ability to make decisions, manage staff and communicate openly. We won't be changing YOU, but together we'll simply identify your blind spots and get rid of them - so leading is so much easier.

2. You’ll learn how to be assertive, without being aggressive.

3. You’ll learn how to be proactive – so YOU control you, versus reactive, where everything (and everyone) ELSE controls you.

4. You’ll learn how to understand, respond to and lessen the push backs. In fact, you’re going to get an easy, confrontation-free formula that will help you respond to staff who offer resistance.

5. You’ll learn about how your inner values aren’t always positive and in fact how you have have a bunch of them that are derailing you without even realising. THEN you're going to switch those out, for some that will help you nail this leadership gig.

6. You’ll learn how what WE do sets the bar for the teams we’re leading, so you’ll learn which of your unintentional behaviours are sabotaging you, then we'll swap them out for some that raise that bar higher and inspire people to raise their own and meet you there.

7. You’ll learn that your skills are not always helpful - in fact, you've become really good at things like avoidance, retreating, procrastinating and/or overthinking and again, you’ll get to determine which skills would be MORE helpful and how to install them.

8. You’ll create an action plan for the next month – but NOT one that’s filled with meaningless fluffy stuff, but really great, achievable things that won’t just improve the relationship you have with your team, but also every other relationship you have – including the one with yourself. Then, you'll learn how to extend this to a year's worth of growth.

9. We'll have an informal mastermind session as there will be some incredible wisdom in the room. You'll be invited to share a challenge you're experiencing (optional) and then together we'll all share how we've managed the same issue and throw around ideas so you leave knowing exactly what to do.

10. You'll get a link to book a one-hour, private and confidential coaching session with your trainer - Leanne Shaw, 3-6 weeks after the training to help you further embed the tools and relate them to your own leadership experience. This can happen in person (in Bunbury) via Teams or Zoom, or even over the phone. This session is optional and complementary.
