The Art of Energy Hygiene
Description
An Intimate Women's Circle for Educators
The Art of Energy Hygiene - Caring Without Carrying
As educators, we spend so much of our days nurturing, supporting and responding to the emotional needs of little humans. But how often do we intentionally create space to nurture ourselves?
The Art of Energy Hygiene is an intimate women's circle designed for educators who wish to explore the art of caring deeply without carrying everything.
This is an invitation to pause, connect with like-minded women and discover intentional ways to navigate the emotional demands of working with children, while remaining connected to your own needs, energy and sense of self.
