Forgiveness – to cease to feel resentment against someone or something.

Resentment - a feeling of indignant displeasure or persistent ill will at something regarded as a wrong, insult, or injury.

Feeling stuck? Burdened? Angry? Confused? Sad? Unsure? Disappointed? Resentful?

Is there an obstacle in your life that you just can’t seem to overcome?

Or maybe you can’t even see a way out?

Perhaps there is a person who you’ve been holding a grudge towards leaving you with emotions unresolved?

Perhaps this person could actually be…. You?

Or, maybe the seed of resentment is buried so deep within your body that it is creating tension, dis-comfort, and dis-ease?

The things you hold onto in life have a great affect on our health, well-being, and vitality.

So how do you let go? How do you transcend above any experience or event in your life?

We do that by learning… The Art of Forgiveness.

I get it, forgiveness is hard and at times extremely painful because we mostly believe that when we forgive, we accept. And when we accept, we “allow these things to happen to us” and discredit the blessings and lessons available.

But, it doesn’t have to be like that.

Forgiveness done the right way is empowering, liberating, and freeing.

Join us for a morning of Forgiveness with our beautiful guest Emma Manning as she shares her “5 Steps of Forgiveness” in order for you to work towards making peace with yourself and past experiences so that you can move forward with your life!

Energetic, encouraging, knowledgeable and kind, Emma is a holistic people-centred Health Practitioner that works with those who wish to undertake a journey of optimum physical and emotional health. Working closely with clients, Emma understands that taking the first steps into a new health journey can be daunting and gently treats each person with compassion as they move through the process of change and growth.
Emma is a certified and qualified Elite Diplomate Practitioner in Bio-Energetic Synchronisation Technique (B.E.S.T.) and a registered member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapies.
B.E.S.T. is a technology with over 45 years of scientific research that works 100% of the time with 100% of the people by removing the underlying interference of the causation of illnesses, stress and symptomatic body responses. Research has shown us that by focusing on and addressing the root cause, the body-systems align and re-balance. Once the balance has been restored, natural energy and high vibrancy returns, enabling the body to rejuvenate, revive and repair and health to return naturally. Through B.E.S.T. Emma believes in empowering the individual to take charge of their own new future and each session includes education in the Six Essentials in life (what we eat, what we drink, how we breathe, how we rest, how we exercise and most importantly, what we think) as well teaching each client a dynamic body-balancing neurological stretch exercise that can be utilised quickly and effectively at home, at any time and is a “treatment between treatments”.
Emma works from BEST Studio in Eudlo and Ashgrove Brisbane. Living on the Sunshine Coast for the last nine years with her fiancé, two grown-up children and two Chihuahuas, Emma is often found walking along the beautiful coastlines or training at her local Dojo where she holds a black belt in karate.
