From mixing the perfect batter to mastering essential cooking and folding techniques, you'll leave equipped with all the skills you need to host your very own crêpes party!

What You'll Do:

Learn a little about the history of French crêpes and the tools of the trade.

Learn how to make crêpes from scratch, including preparing and spreading the batter and experimenting with different folding methods.

Important dietary information:

The recipes used in the workshop can be accommodated for participants with gluten intolerances, however, we cannot guarantee the cooking area will be free of traces of gluten or other common allergens. Please let us know at booking checkout if you require gluten-free batter.

Note - working with gluten-free batter is considerably more difficult so we advise participants only choose this option if absolutely necessary.

Unfortunately the recipes used in the workshop can not be accommodated for participants who do not eat dairy or eggs.

What to Bring:

Please wear closed-toed shoes and long pants for safety in the kitchen, and ensure long hair is tied back. Everything else is provided, including all cooking utensils and ingredients.
