Thank you for joining us in The Art of Holding Space. We are very excited to share this profound weekend with you.

Our training weekend is jam-packed, and we have a lot of learning and practice to cover in two days.

This training is a deep understanding of the subtle intricacies of creating and holding space. It is not a surface-level response to someone's narrative of suffering or a social media attempt at being meaningful. Instead, it is a genuine expression of creating a healthy environment where growth and understanding can flourish.

This depth of holding space is a sacred act of guardianship, allowing and acceptance that, by its very nature, creates transformation on many levels.

I will speak to you soon to answer any of your questions and give you a warm welcome.

Helpful hints

During the weekend, your body will be nurtured with healthy, delicious food. Morning and afternoon tea plus lunch will be provided.

Please wear comfortable clothes as we will be sitting on the floor at times, bring a water bottle, you may like to bring your favourite cushion otherwise we have lots of cushions.

We gather together at the beautiful Inspiration Space, 885 Beaufort Street, Inglewood Perth.
