Description

As autumn begins to give way to winter, join us for a ritual of creativity, connection, and letting go. Nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and notice the beauty of change. Through the rich colors, textures, and symbols of the season, we will explore what nature might teach us about our own cycles of growth, release, and rest.

In this creative and sensory gathering, Nathalie will gently guide participants through a sensory meditation, playful observational drawing, intuitive poetry, and reflective writing. Working with an abundance of autumn’s natural treasures, from golden leaves and flowers to branches and seed pods, we will explore the art of noticing, connecting with our senses, and allowing creativity to unfold without judgment. There will also be opportunities to connect and share in small groups, honoring the different experiences that arise.

As our time together draws to a close, we will create a collective nature mandala, weaving in a simple ritual of release. Each participant will be invited to reflect on something they may be ready to let go of as we transition from autumn into winter. And sometimes, we may not know what that is. Letting go doesn’t always mean releasing something specific. Sometimes it’s simply about taking the time to sit with ourselves, surrendering to our breath, our hearts, and the experience of simply being. Just as nature moves through its seasons, we can honor what is ready to fall away and what may still need time. We will close with a nourishing guided meditation accompanied by the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, allowing space for rest, reflection, and integration.
