You don’t have to hold everything, all the time.

The expectations. The responsibility. The constant thinking ahead. Sometimes we become so used to carrying it all that we forget what it feels like to put something down.

Following Neural Resonance and The Science of Intention, join Dorcey Rutter at Bronte Dispensary for The Art of Letting Go: an intimate evening weaving together neuroscience, personal reflection, guided meditation and sound.

The science of stress.
The practice of surrender.
The space to soften.

Together, we’ll explore why switching off can feel difficult, how stress can shape our thoughts and habits, and what letting go might look like in everyday life.

Letting go can mean recognising what is within your influence, loosening the pressure of expectations, and allowing yourself to rest without needing to earn it.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through:

• Accessible, science-informed teaching on stress, attention and repetitive thinking.
• Gentle writing prompts to explore what you’re carrying and what you might be ready to put down.
• A guided meditation inviting you to soften, settle and reconnect with yourself.
• An immersive sound experience, with space to simply listen and rest.

There is no pressure to share your reflections, feel a particular way or have a profound experience. Everything is an invitation, and you’re welcome to participate in the way that feels comfortable for you.
