Welcome to The Art of Listening Winter Series w/ Dancers
Biscotti's music club The Art of Listening returns with four sessions this winter at the charming Keeper Brewing.
Each guest will share a hand-picked selection of tracks that hold personal stories, offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at their practice and the ways that music has influenced their dance form. The Art of Listening is a live event series and evolving platform that brings people together to slow down, listen deeply, and connect through music.
WEEK 1 (24th June) - Hena Memishi
Creative Producer and teacher at L2R Dance alongside new movement agency PERLE
A movement artist with a strong foundation in street dance and choreography.
WEEK 2 (1st July) - PJ
A multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans movement and visual art.
His work explores identity, displacement, mythology, memory, and transformation through the lens of the hero's journey.
WEEK 3 (15th July) - Nikki Tarling
Freelance Contemporary dance performer working with many
independent artist and dance companies, also teaches at Chunky Move.
WEEK 4 (22nd July) - Antony Hamilton
Creative Director of Chunky Move
Contemporary choreographer with classical foundations and breakdancing influences.

Venue Details:
Keeper Brewing is located at 122 Weston St, Brunswick East VIC 3057. Take the Number 6 / Number 1 Tram to Weston St/Lygon St. The venue is a 2 minute walk from the tram stop along Weston St. There is limited street parking available on Weston St.
There will be booth and table seating and standing room.
The venue is located upstairs and is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
The bar & kitchen will be open
