Discover how festivals are evolving into dynamic classrooms for disaster resilience, enhancing safety, accessibility & sustainability. Engage with experts through panels, presentations & a hands-on mapping exercise, complemented by a practical site visits at the Water District and Spring Preserve. Learn from the successes of cities fostering community engagement & preparedness through innovative programs integrating CERTs & MRCs to reimagine whole community emergency preparedness through the lens of the performing arts.
