Join us at for a transformative 4-hour pre-summit learning session on The Art of Mass Gatherings: Performing Arts Readiness. Discover how festivals are evolving into dynamic classrooms for disaster resilience, enhancing safety, accessibility & sustainability. Engage with experts through panels, presentations & a hands-on mapping exercise, complemented by a practical site visits at the Water District and Spring Preserve. Learn from the successes of cities fostering community engagement & preparedness through innovative programs integrating CERTs & MRCs to reimagine whole community emergency preparedness through the lens of the performing arts.

*A Government Issued ID will be required for the tour of Water District
