The Art of Noticing – A Nature-Inspired Art Workshop
Step into nature and discover The Art of Noticing — a free 90-minute creative workshop that blends mindfulness, artistic expression, and the beauty of the natural world.
Held at the peaceful Allwood Neighbourhood House in Hurstbridge, this hands-on experience is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and connect — with nature, with your creativity, and with others.
Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or simply looking for a mindful escape, this workshop is suitable for complete beginners. You'll learn simple art techniques, practice mindfulness in a relaxed setting, and leave feeling inspired and refreshed.
These workshops are run by local artist Erika Clarkson.
