Event description
THE ART OF PLAY: EXPLORING ACTING, CLOWNING & CREATIVITY
Come flex your acting muscles, liberate your inner child and express your unique creativity In a fun weekly session
This is a space for adults to play, connect with likeminded people and learn new physical theatre, acting and clowning techniques
Our framework is ‘THE SEIDENSTEIN METHOD’
- A set of 4 modules that directly release one’s creativity for generating movement, theatre, text and ensemble work.
- Clear, succinct exercises in each module, which any performer, director or creator (veteran or novice) can use in their own way.
- The work is non-dogmatic and complements all previous experience.
- Beneficial for performers and non- performers alike
- Possesses therapeutic and personal empowerment benefits through the development of stage presence, confidence and clarity in one’s physical choices
