The Art of Radiance: A six week course suitable for all levels of practice

13th October - 17th November, 2019

Sundays 7:30am - 9:30am

The Cottage, Terrigal

What is Radiance?

Radiance exists in you. It is the tenth body and it sits above the aura as if the aura has been delicately dipped in gold. A strong radiant body will make you graceful, magnetic and courageous. When you meet someone with a strong radiant body they are without a doubt, absolutely beautiful. When we are depleted of our radiance we feel as though we have to do everything, we are constantly in a comparative state of either being better or worse off than other people. When you are low in your radiant body you are looking to grasp at security other than your own infinite sense of being which can open you up to to toxic relationships, addictions and burn out.

Join us on this course of self awareness and self mastery as we journey into reconnecting to and developing our radiance. Each session will cover mantra, chanting, pranayama, asana/movement, deep relaxation to the healing sounds of the gong and group meditation. Intuitive card pulling and fresh juice will also be on offer after each class.
