‘Manifestation’ is quite the buzz word, these days, with more and more people becoming aware of the concept, and exploring the power they have to change their own reality.

Whether you're a yogi, a tradie, a stay at home parent, or work a 9 - 5 job, spiritual or atheist, manifesting is in.

Maybe it's the positive mindset and determination, could be cause & effect, or perhaps we are tapping in to some greater power. Who's to say. Regardless people are creating change in their lives by using some of the manifesting principles, found in many blogs, articles and ancient scripts. Just ask any search engine, or entrepreneur .

But then there's those of us who, despite trying, hit a wall, and get stuck. Sometimes it's because the lotto dream we have, our intellect simply doesn't believe. And belief is a huge part of it. But other times it's because we aren't open to receiving what we really want.

Whether you want to manifest your dream job or life partner, or whether you simply yearn to relate, more harmoniously with whatever is already in your life, what is often overlooked is the hugely important component of receptivity.

We can call in those things we desire but if we don’t actively welcome them, and hold space for them, we impair our success.

Conceptualizing the desired thing or outcome, powering it with some belief, and then actively visualizing it....is the planting of the seed, and could be thought of as the masculine aspect of the process.

Receptivity, could be thought of as the feminine aspect of the process, the providing of the receptacle, metaphorically a womb space for the seed to connect with the ovum, to give life to the concept and allow it to gestate and develop.

The practice of embodying receptivity requires us not only to shift our mental state into receptiveness, but also our physical state.

Our physical state, in these uncertain & often stressful times, can be tense, contracted and inhospitable. This can stifle our ability to create change as well as impact how we relate to others, whether in our personal relationships, our families, our work, and our community.

It takes regular practices of honouring our body, mind, and spirit to help soften us into receptivity & connection.

These 90 minute weekly sessions, are not classes in manifesting, but rather preparing the soil for your creations.

You will experience and learn practices to help you de-stress, relax and soften to assist in adopting the state of receptivity.

These practices include meditation, relaxation, gratitude, gentle movement, utilizing your five senses, connection exercises, group discussion, learning etc.Also suitable for those women simply wanting to better understand their nervous systems, learn practices for relaxation and deeper connection
