Nourish your beautiful heart, mind + body with our self love mini retreat...a sunday session of yoga, breath, creativity + deep rest.

For the first part of our mini retreat, Amanda will guide you through conscious movement, pranayama & meditation inviting you to enter the portal of your divine heart, awakening the frequency of love to cultivate self healing, and self worth.

A break for some nourishing food and drinks will be followed by creativity + conversation as you move in small groups around 3 different maker stations, working with your hands and bringing joy to your senses.

You will create:

*A beautiful meditation roller blend of high vibrational essential oils, botanicals and crystals.

*A mala diffuser bracelet to roll your meditation blend on and anchor you throughout your day.

*An affirmation card to place on your bedside or alter, to serve as a reminder or manifestation each time you look at it.

Then move into a state of deep rest as we end the day with a sound bath and optional aromatherapy head massage.
