🌿 The Creative Reset — A Guided Art Experience

A calm, creative space to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with yourself.

If you find that ‘doing’ is easier than resting, you’re not alone. This session is your invitation to pause — to let go of perfectionism, release control, and create freely without pressure or expectation.

We’ll begin with a nice warm cuppa followed by a gentle guided meditation and body scan to settle the nervous system. From there, you’ll move into a simple journaling practice to connect with an intention, before flowing into an intuitive watercolour session.

This is not about making something perfect or “good” — it’s about being present. Letting colour, water, and movement guide you. Creating in a way that feels natural, playful, and grounding.

Each guest will receive a handmade watercolour booklet to use during the session and take home.
