Join Jac Keleher for an introductory two-day course exploring the art of intentional touch through yoga, touch theory, connection practices, space-holding techniques, and the principles and practice of Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork.

Over the two days, you will learn a simple body-work sequence to both give and receive. Please note this course does not offer you a qualification, but a profound knowledge of the foundations to land into a deeper conversation with the body - this is where touch begins.

This course is for every body and is ideal for yoga teachers and anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of touch and bodywork. No previous experience with yoga or bodywork is required.

Zenthai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy founded by Gwyn Williams that weaves Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathy techniques. It is a therapeutic practice of listening deeply to what lies within both the physical and energetic body, and is a loving invitation back to one's innate wholeness.
