Event description

Walking is an innate ability that develops from early childhood. Walking is important to keep our musculoskeletal system moveable and our internal systems functioning well. As we live, we may accumulate tensions and habits that we no longer need. This workshop will introduce you to Alexander Technique principles to reawaken the ability to walk well and rekindle a desire to walk for wellness.

Come and walk with us at historic Hartley on a beautiful property bordered by the Lett River as well as pristine bushland.  If you're lucky you may see a platypus! The location of this private property will be provided on booking into the workshop.

This 4-hour workshop includes morning tea and lunch catered by local cafes. Spaces are limited so book now.
