The Art of Walking - Bathurst November 2025
Event description
Walking is an innate ability that develops from early childhood. Walking is important to keep our musculoskeletal system moveable and our internal systems functioning well. As we live, we may accumulate tensions and habits that we no longer need. This workshop will introduce you to Alexander Technique principles to reawaken the ability to walk well and rekindle a desire to walk for wellness.
Come and walk with us in Mitchell Conservatorium's shady garden. Located in the historical district of Bathurst next to the Bathurst Railway museum and only a block away from Keppel St shops.
This 4-hour workshop includes morning tea and lunch catered by local cafes. Spaces are limited so book now.
