Learn how to taste like a winemaker exploring the difference between wine varietals and their unique palate under the guidance of an expert wine ambassador from Tahbilk.
The experience centres around the Great Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Then using your newfound knowledge, combine different varietals to create your own signature red wine blend to bottle and take home.
