The Artist’s Eye is a light, restorative online session designed to help you reconnect with your vision, stretch your eye muscles, and build simple habits that keep your eyes feeling fresh.

Across this relaxed, screen based gathering (yes, the irony is part of the charm), we’ll explore how our creative and digital habits shape our eye health — and what we can do to support vision.

Who will be teaching?

Natasha (she/her) is a play specialist and holistic counsellor with a fine art background. She loves exploring the creative and expressive arts for wellbeing, as well as running consent-based cuddle events.
