This is an evening designed to gently open you (body, heart, and consciousness) to the world beyond the visible.

How the evening unfolds:

6:00pm — Cacao Ceremony
We open in circle with ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries to soften the body, quiet the mind, and prepare us for deeper states of connection. This is where we arrive, settle in, and set our intention for the evening.

6:35pm — The Spirit World
A guided talk exploring the spirit world: what it is, how it has shown up across traditions and sacred texts throughout history, and how you can begin to recognize and welcome its presence in your own life: Through dreams, intuition, and the subtle signs you may already be receiving.

7:20pm — Sound Healing
We close the evening lying down in a sound healing, using voice and instruments to help integrate everything that has moved through you: releasing, recalibrating, and returning you to your body deeply rested and clear.

8:15pm — Close

What to bring: a journal, a blanket or cushion if you'd like extra comfort on the floor, and an open heart.
