Join former elite athletes Ryan Girdler and Imra for a powerful guided experience designed to help you slow down, regulate the nervous system, release emotional tension, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Through breath, sound, meditation, and guided integration, you’ll be invited into a space of presence, clarity, and self-discovery.

This experience is designed to help you reset mentally, emotionally, and physically — and return feeling more grounded, connected, and alive.

✨ Includes integration time and home-brewed chai to close the evening.
