Escape to the stunning coastline of Salt Beach, Kingscliff, for the inaugural Australasian Marcé Society for Perinatal Mental Health Research Retreat — a unique opportunity to rest, reconnect, collaborate and be inspired alongside colleagues and friends working in perinatal and infant mental health.

Hosted at the Mantra on Salt resort, only 25 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, these two engaging days will allow an immersion in conversations exploring:

research directions and priorities in perinatal and infant mental health
practical, evidence-informed clinical assessment and management of eating disorders in the perinatal period (workshop)
designing rigorous, relevant and outcomes-focused quality improvement projects in clinical settings
authentically integrating lived experience perspectives in research and service delivery
translating research into real-world impact

The retreat will also feature a range of innovative and interactive experiences, including:

Research Clinics: book dedicated time with experienced researchers and academic mentors to refine your research plans
Ideas dialogues: collaboratively explore clinical and research efforts at all stages - emerging through to completion and implementation
Dedicated wellbeing sessions: focused on self-care, stress management and reconnecting with core values
Reviewing the travelled path: learning from those who have gone before

And beyond the program?

Accommodation and transport is booked separately: We have a capped hold of rooms including breakfast available for Marcé delegates at Peppers Kingscliff (100m from venue) at $241 for one person and $274 for two.

Beyond this there are additional options at Peppers and Mantra on Salt, but they are likely to be more expensive.
