A day retreat for peri- and post-menopausal women

As we move through peri- and post-menopause, our bodies, emotions and inner worlds are shifting in ways that invite us to pause, listen and hopefully birth a different way of showing up for ourselves.

We would love to invite you to gather with us and other women, and explore some of the physical, emotional and deeper experiences that accompany the transition through peri- and post-menopause.

A day to explore practices and topics relevant to this transition and the years beyond.

On this day we’ll be offering space to explore the following topics:

what happens when oestrogen ceases to rule your world
Self-care, self-love and self-advocacy — physically, emotionally and spiritually
Pelvic care — physical and energetic
The inner landscape of change

There will be plenty of space throughout the day to also explore other topics that are close to your heart and compare notes with the other participants and us.

Please come and pause, connect, reflect and discover what might support you as you move into this next season of your life.

What to bring: layered, conformtable clothes to move in; waterbottle, journal and pen.

Cost : We love to make this day accessible to any woman and we have also a lifetime of study and dedication to our craft under our belt; crafting and offering workshops like this is our love and also our lively hood.
