What we’ll explore together:

Heading into the summer months, the topic for November is Joy and Play.

We will discuss how you play in your roles as a partner, friend, parent, bringing joy and play into work, home, and relationships, and we will also have a playful activity that hopefully brings you some joy.

The Details:

Circle duration: 75 mins (approx)
On arrival: greetings + tea or water
Find your space: settle in with a cushion, mat or chair
Intros + ground rules
Written release practice: release thoughts that might distract during circle e.g. to do lists, situations at home or work
Sharing on circle topic (gentle + optional)
Guided activity e.g. journaling, meditation, painting, clay modelling
Closing + integration

Let me know in advance if you have an additional requests - like needing a chair or somewhere comfy to breastfeed. Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome, regardless of genders assigned at birth. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Infants under 6 months also welcome.
