ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

HELEN BRADSHAW is the founder of Growth Through Art and Openhearted Women’s Network based on the Sunshine Coast, and she travels wherever her work is needed. Helen is a Creative Mentor, Art Therapist, and published Artist. She weaves together Art Therapies, creative expression, self-development, movement, and mindfulness. She also draws on her own diverse life experience, to enhance her support and understanding of each client’s personal journeys both individually and in a group setting. It is from this place that she initiates Growth Through Art.

Helen is dedicated to providing a safe, sacred and inspiring space where you will be guided on a ‘soul art adventure’ to express, explore, transform and create a life you love! She works with you to gain new perspectives and self-discoveries, to transform old patterns of behaviour and ways of being that no longer serve you.

Helen creates a space for self-reflection, empowering emotional, physical, and spiritual freedom, in turn creating a strong foundation for you to connect to and grow feelings of confidence, joy, and self-love. The power is in the process rather than ‘thinking’ or worrying about the end product. This concept is so liberating for all of us. The fabulous part is, no art experience is needed, and it is fun! Helen gives you a license to play! She is passionate about creatively connecting people with themselves and others; to journey together exploring life's possibilities, expressing ourselves more fully, feeling seen, heard, and valued!

KATHY MASON

Kathy, founder of Heart Space Healing is based on the Sunshine Coast. Kathy offers Multidimensional Energy Healing & Clearing, Spirit Mentoring, Coaching & Guidance, Akashic Record Readings, Soul Realignment and facilitates Women's Circles & Metaphysical Workshops & Retreats.

Over the last 21 years, Kathy has worked with Spirit as a Channel, bringing her highly attuned gifts of Clair-sentience, Clair-cognizance, Clair-audience & Clairvoyance to assist her in her practice. She offers guidance and direction to her clients. Kathy acts as a conduit to link the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual aspects of a person's being, inviting them to live a consciously integrated relationship with all aspects of themselves.
