Baby Yoga Workshop | Wild Fox

Join us for a 75-minute Baby Yoga Workshop designed for babies from around 3 months to crawling.

A focused session of gentle, yoga-inspired movements, balances and stretches that you can take home and repeat with your baby.

We’ll explore the movements that are especially useful during this stage of development -supporting strength, coordination, mobility, sensory development and playful interaction, while also giving your baby something active and engaging to do at home with you as they become more curious and mobile.

You will go home with a pdf guide of all of the moves from the session.

We’ll also look at movements that can continue to help with troublesome digestion, trapped wind and settling.

And because this is for you too, there’ll be gentle postnatal breathwork and movement woven through the session, with a little space to pause, reconnect with your body and chat with other mums after class too. Expect a breakfast pastry/ snack and a hot or cold drink.

This isn't a fitness class for mum. It’s a baby yoga class with supportive postnatal wellbeing woven into the workshop.
