The Balance Retreat is a series of one-day seasonal retreats created to help you stay connected to yourself throughout the year. A place to reset, release, and find calm no matter what life brings.

Root & Restore: ground your autumn sanctuary (Autumn Edition)

Unit 11, Caxton Works, Hoy St, London E16 1ZA

Preparation for the darker months. Focus on grounding practices such as yin/restorative yoga, sound bath journeys, immune-boosting meals, and letting-go rituals. This retreat aligns with the natural rhythm of slowing down and preparing for winter.

The day includes:

Body movement to release tension
Life force flow to awaken energy
Nourishing seasonal food prepared by our chef
Reflection and journaling for clarity
Sound bath journey for deep rest

Your Facilitators

George is a movement and energy facilitator with a background in dance and yoga. Grounded, mindful and welcoming, his sessions blend mindful movement, grounding breath and gentle energy work that meets everyone where they are.

Natalia is a yoga, sound and breath facilitator and founder of Luv Yourself Space. Her classes are known for their warmth, music and emotional openness — combining strength and softness to help people release tension, restore balance and find confidence in their own energy.

Together they bring authentic friendship, warmth and a balance of energy and calm into every retreat they hold.
