Description
The Bard Band bring Shakespearean folk music to life like you have never heard before. This music is wild and whimsical, joyous and jolly, while also tapping into universal human experiences which show us the many ways that people have faced similar challenges and triumphs over the centuries.
Celebrating the launch of their EP, ‘Under the Greenwood Tree’, this event will start with a concert of the band’s favourite songs and tunes and then continue into the night with Aimee Brown from Sydney Baroque Ballet to transport you into the world of English folk dance. Come to sing and dance along!
