Concert # 2

We’re delighted to present our second Bardon Treehouse concert at our home amongst the trees in beautiful Bardon and invite you to join us again for an exquisite Sunday afternoon with Ensemble Trivium & friends.

Max Reger’s Serenade (flute, violin & viola) sets the scene with lush, intertwining lines — think late-Romantic storytelling with a few surprises along the way. Then drift into the dreamy world of William Alwyn’s Naiades for flute and harp, a piece that sparkles and shimmers like sunlight on water.

Finally, Jean Françaix’s String Trio rounds things off with charm, wit, and just the right amount of cheekiness.
