The Barrel Room Wedding Experience

Are you recently engaged and ready to start planning your dream wedding? Look no further! Join us for our 6th semi-annual Barrel Room Wedding Experience, where you and your loved ones can enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our incredible venue and meet our trusted vendors. 

Join us for an unforgettable experience starting the moment you check in. Each attendee will receive a bag filled with vendor promos and irresistible goodies. Step into the Barrel Room and mingle with our hand-picked vendors from central IL while your favorite, non-cliche wedding music fills the air courtesy of our amazing DJ. We've got everything covered - coordination and set up, DJ, photography, stationary, bridal shops, and so much more! Take a stroll through our beautiful courtyard and imagine your special moment taking place there. And here's the best part - you get to sample delectable appetizers, entrees, and desserts from our event menu! Plus, don't forget to grab a complimentary beverage from our bar. Before you go, make sure to visit the DESTIHL area and have a chat with our Event Manager and Event Specialist. They'll help you kick-start the planning process for your big day and answer any questions you may have. This is an experience not to be missed!

Each guest attending must have a ticket. To recap, tickets include:

• Access to The Barrel Room & Courtyard for the Experience
• The opportunity to taste appetizers, entrees & desserts from our event menu 
• The chance to see our outdoor Courtyard space set up for a ceremony 
• A fiancé bag filled with promotional material & goodies from all vendors 
• Time to get to know our preferred vendors & a contact list to take home 
• Access to our Greenroom suite

To better your experience, we have divided the day into several time slots to allow you ample time with vendors:

Session 1: 10am-11:30am

Session 2: 11:30am-1pm

Session 3: 1pm-2:30pm

Add-On Beer Flights are available for $8. Adds a beer flight to your admission ticket to sample four DESTIHL Core Beers and decide what you'd like to have on tap at your wedding!
